C. elegans Genome Sequencing

We use long-read whole-genome sequencing and aim for approximately 30× genome coverage per sample. This level of coverage is designed to provide robust genomic data for downstream analysis. As with all sequencing workflows, final coverage may vary modestly between samples.

If you order multiple genome sequences, please number each plate sample 1 through N. You will be asked to provide a map of which numbers correspond to each strain ID.

You will be emailed an order confirmation after placing your order. Please print a copy and include it with your shipment. This is needed for us to track your materials and which order they go with.

To use a PO, provide a PO number at checkout and select "Manual Payment" for the payment method. Upon delivery of your order, we will invoice your institutional billing contact.

If we are not approved for POs with your institution:

• Leave the PO number blank at checkout, select "Manual Payment", and place your order.

• We will email you to arrange approval with your institution. Please be aware this will cause a delay in processing your order, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

• Once approval is complete, we will email you to request your PO number (and shipping information if you did not provide it).

• We will proceed with processing your order upon receipt of the remaining information and your materials.
